1. Hello! Are we a fit?
We intentionally plan fewer than a dozen weddings every year – and just for couples who have been directly referred to us. We’ll only work with you if we’re a great fit for you.

2. Plan in your portal.
Once your wedding is on our calendar, you get access to a planning portal with tools & templates like a timeline, vendor list and set up/décor planner. There is a place for all of your details right at your fingertips.
3. Reminders set your mind at ease.
As the weeks and months go by, you’ll get emails reminding you which parts of your portal should be ready when. There’s no guesswork – and no worrying you may have left out some crucial step.
4. We’re with you all the way.
If you’ve hired us for planning, you’ll talk personally with Leanne throughout the process. She’ll complete each planning step with you.
Coordination couples write their own plans – but we’ll still scrutinize for challenges, find problems ahead of time, do a final vendor check-in and a venue visit, then review everything personally with you.
5. Not a moment missed.
An experienced YNI coordinator oversees your day from first look to last dance, resolving issues before they cause problems and directing your attention to key moments you might otherwise have missed.
